Ever Since his last major rework and Visual update, All of Ryze's 975 skins don't seem up to Par with what they were before. They all just feel like the exact animations just with different coloring with the exception of His Skt1 skin having an okay recall animation. Just gives off the feeling that Riot got lazy with his rework when it came to finishing up the skins.
Are you serious? Ryze's skins are awesome, his Zombie Ryze skin is one of my favourite skins in the entire game (also has an epic recall). Even the splasharts for his skins were done really well.
EDIT: I realised what you meant, he doesn't really have any ability particle changes on any of his skins, they are all the same, just differently coloured based on skin. I mean that just meand that he needs a 1350rp skin.
For a 1350rp skin I would love to see a Street Rural-like style with a twist of a Cyber Theme. Where Ryze is somewhat young and is a tech thief in the future. (Following a somewhat similar theme as Cyberpop Zoe, but the difference is that she's a hacker in that skin). In terms of visuals I imagine he would have a mix of Cyberpop Zoe and a mix of PROJECT Vayne elements.
