Rhaast is Death, Aatrox is War that would leave Conquest/Pestilence (I wish people would their minds up if it was conquest or pestilence) and Famine, but Varus is Vengence Damn it Riot I thought you were going for a theme here!

Varus can be pestilence/conquest as Varus’s abilities are thematically like a sickness and conquest is depicted with a bow.

Varus is definitely Pestilence. Blighted Quiver, Chain of Corruption, the anti-heal effect from his E... seems pretty clear-cut
