Is EVERY champion getting a splash art update?

I understand that Riot is in the process of updating the splash art of champions who needs an update.But with the update of 's & 's,both of which weren't in need of an updated splash art (at least in comparison to champs who do need one),it seems like everyone is getting an update.

   So what is the extent of these updates?

Is it every champ released before or who hasn't been updated in 2014? Is it possible that even , & (champs who were released THIS YEAR) are getting one as well? Are champions with perfectly fine splash arts still getting an update like , or ? Or is there a stopping point where you feel a splash art is fine as it is right now? Finally,have these questions already been answered somewhere else?

     This isn't a thread about the quality of the new splash art,sbut about the quantity of the new splash arts.I am just curious to see how far this goes.

It seems like no splash is currently safe.

But are no in-game models coming too for characters that look nothing like their splash anymore? (Well, namely Cho Gath and Kog Maw at the moment ,but I'm guessing this'll happen with other champions too.)

Braum and Yasuo, champions this year are not getting VUs

Annie and Diana should be fine

You are honestly saying that Amumu's splash art is fine? Like Amumu himself, the art in comparison to recent splashes puts him off as practically ancient.

They'll redo the splashes of everyone who doesn't meet the current quality bar. Right now, considering that Rengar and Ahri had updated splash, it's safe to say that everyone released before Rengar's up for a new splash. Could even go closer to new releases depending on what Riot thinks of the splashes.

I think most champs who got released(or a new splash art) after rengar are rather safe,many older splash arts have a noticeable smaller depiction of the champ than the new ones and are usually lacking in terms of background,those are the most likely to get new splash arts.

Also Yasuo was released last year,not this year.
