Pretty sure they stated the ultimate skin wasn't intended a yearly thing.
To the best of my knowledge, there are still 4 months left
The year's not over yet.
It will come when it's ready. Ulimate skins aren't a yearly thing. There wasn't an ultimate skin in 2014.
