Challenger skin 2017?

Does anybody know if riot is continuing with the challenger skins like Challenger ahri and Challenger nidalee? I find it weird how heartseeker skins are out on PBE, but not the challenger skin since valentines day is on february but the past 2 years challenger skins were released in january. If anyone has some knowledge on this please let me know
