The mystery behind Orianna's lore, and why are people making those connections with Viktor?

Viktor pulled off another all nighter and quickly fell asleep on her lap. His light breathing made the Lady of Clockwork smile.

"Is he doing that project of his again?" Orianna asked. Slowly, Viktor’s third robotical arm lifted from his back and made a soft clanking sound. Orianna’s ball looked up at the hand and back at Orianna.

The robotical girl smiled faintly and caressed the Machine Herald’s head.

"Silly Viktor, you can’t raise the dead back to life…"

So lots of people lately have had that small theory come to mind.. That maybe the sole reason Viktor began his work is because he's not really Viktor, he is Corin. The man who lost everything when his beloved daughter died. We know in vik's lore it said something about Zuan but why was he in Piltover stealing Jayce's hex core thingy? What has driven Viktor to want to became a machine? To be upgraded? To WANT to supposedly live forever? Maybe this tragic loss could be some unknown connection? It's just a theory i heard. But it makes a bit of sense. I don't know alot and the journals of justice no longer exist. I want to know the lore behind Orianna and who Corin Reveck really was. And what lead Viktor to go bat-shit crazy for machines, his intention to help the human race or destroy it? Backstory? No?

_Early in life, Viktor discovered his passion for science and invention, particularly in the field of mechanical automation. He attended Zaun's prestigious College of Techmaturgy and led the team that constructed Blitzcrank, a scientific breakthrough that he expected to vault him to the top of his profession. Unfortunately his triumph was usurped by Professor Stanwick, who stole credit for developing Blitzcrank's sentience and later used Viktor's research to revive Urgot. Viktor's appeals for justice fell on deaf ears, and he sank into a deep depression. He withdrew from the College and barricaded himself in his private laboratory, cutting all human ties. There, in secret, he conceived a project for which nobody else could claim credit. Desiring both to revolutionize his field and to eliminate the jealous human emotions which festered inside him, he engineered parts to replace and improve his own body. _

Isn't that enough without injecting him into Orianna's backstory?

Corin and Viktor are essentially foils for one another, Corin seeking to create a new Orianna to fill the void left by her absence while Viktor sought to rid himself entirely of the pain brought on by all he had lost by removing his ability to feel it altogether. Orianna's character is essentially that of a robot seeking humanity while Viktor is a human who seeks to 'evolve' beyond the frailties and baser aspects of the human condition.

They're listed as rivals for a good reason: they don't see eye-to-eye at all.
