Galio's base laugh is covering Birdio's laugh bug?

So when you laugh with Birdio, base Galio laugh plays on top of Birdio's one and you can barely hear the chicken laugh and i find it pretty annoying, is it a bug or intentional?

I had a similar issue with talyah yesterday where several of her voice lines were playing over each other, so im thinking its not a bug and its not just gallio.
