I think he is the most powerful entity we ever seen in lore. (Even though he is from alternative universe and not cannon in actual lore)

He devoures stars, planets, moons, literally everything. He is entropy incarnate and laughs to Bard and Aurelion Sol.

The Cosmic Destroyer that I was searching for showed itself in a skin, wow. But I still want it in actual lore as champion.

Well Aurelion could also destroy planets if he wanted to. After all there is nothing that stops him from creating a real sun on top of a planet.

Overall DS thresh seems rather cocky,so it would be in character for him to taunt enemies even if they are on the same level as him

Yeah but if Aurelion Sol can't change his size, he is nowhere big as much as Dark Star Thresh.
