what is that liquid gold around what it seems to be her ulti? correct me if im wrong but it sems that it surrounds her once she leaves the shield, like her wings get covered in metal. is it a methaphor becuase in the center she looks like the usual angel covered in light but out side of the sphere everything gets darker and more chaotic.

yeah that is definetly her ulti and well her wings are simply too big for that,so they merely pass through the shield,just like her sword. It is actually including the ingame-graphics to the splash art.
