Does Annie have any short stories or Lore?
Besides the fact of her parents and she captured a demon bear, is there anything else they have done with Annie?

Not at this moment in time unfortunately.
As far as I know Annie's lore has never been updated.
Considering she was literally the first champion ever made, that's kind of sad.
Well...Not "lore", but there are a few interesting notes about her I've found while digging through the wiki. For instance an interviewer asked Annie about she and Amumu. You can read how that went down here
And she also endorses...em...dental hygiene...

I think Ram Steed said it best. "Huh. This just seems so warped that I'm at a loss for words."
But yeah, that's about all I can find. She's friends with Amumu, doesn't like most of the champions, and promotes proper dental care...And then sort of this bit about how she claims to have definitely not incinerated aspiring mages on the Fields of Justice. This in mind, we can safely assume she, as well as other mages, dislike new mages being introduced to the Rift.
