But what does that mean for his ability kit? Will Riot change his kit or add something to it? According to 's lore, he fought against a group of machines that were once people who believed in 's Glorious Evolution. That lore was pretty graphic, too. People literally trashed their body parts for mechanical ones. As far as I can remember, Jayce found body parts on the ground. Hearts, lungs, intestines, you name it. But will this lore be a new kit for Viktor? Will he have a third rework to have his abilities fit with the lore? Because the ultimate makes no sense at all especially. It's a cool ultimate, don't get me wrong, but it's not really something you should see on a guy who wants to make robots out of people. Speaking of which, that's something that you don't see in his kit at all. Since he wants to make people into robots, that's something we should be seeing him doing and I hope that Riot is planning this. I may be the only one saying this but I know I'm not the only one who see this problem with Viktor. He's not under powered. He's just currently out of character.
