A bunch of conspiracy based on a random loading screen "tip"

So, I saw a loading screen tip which stated that Pulsefire Ezreal can and has traveled to the universe of each and every skin line Riot has, hasn't and has yet to(or has yet to not) release; This got me thinking: Could Odyssey Kayn(More specifically, Odyssey Rhaast) do the same thing via the Ora Gate? It makes sense, right? I think it'd be cool to see an event based around intersecting realities. Anyway, what do you lot think of this theory of mine?
