Will we get a veigar VGU?

Veigar's Q/W/E particles, W/E cast animation, W stun gate, and skins are very old looking.

The base, white mage, curling, graybeard, baron von, superb villain and bad santa skins all need to be updated.

(If you jump into the practice tool and start auto attacking a training dummy, or if you cast his W, you will see how badly he needs a VGU. It's abhorrent.)

Can we expect an update for our tiny master of evil?
