[GAMEPLAY] Spectator Mode - Jhin Ultimate

When Jhin activates his ultimate but doesn't shoot/doesn't use all four shots, his ultimate cooldown indicator glitches in spectator mode. (Not sure if this is the same on live public servers, but has occurred multiple times on the NA LCS stream. Doublelift on Jhin (Week 7, TL vs C9, Game 1) had this happen to him. The clips of it are linked. Note that as his allies cooldown indicators refill, his doesn't until his ultimate is back up. Even more strange, when his cooldown is finished the cooldown indicator refills completely within a second.
