(RIOT PLS) Voiceover changing program/system for 'Weebs'

Hey,

Since Riot has started to change the VO files to a different type of format it will mean that those who have changed their voiceovers to: Korean, Japanese, Chinese or whatever won't be able to do so in the future or the chances are high I would assume. Which is really sad and unfair so to speak! Mainly because many of us just want to change it up to make the game more versatile in a way. Some just prefer x language and some just like to change it from time to time (Me for example). But for some reason Riot does not want us to change to these languages? Why is that? There is no beneficial aspect in regards of gameplay. It does not count as a way to cheat (Such as script 3rd party programs etc.) From my point of view, there are only great aspects of enabling others to choose whatever language they want to have. Though only those languages which exist in League of Legends.

Could this be something Riot games could be discussing about? It does not hurt the game in any way. It just makes it more satisfying for many/some players to hear their favourite champion(s) or other champions in X language or the announcer for that matter.

Additionally, pro players have also played around with changing voiceovers (C9 Sneaky, Doublelift, Aphromoo) for instance, so it should be pretty legit to do that too if they are allowed to?

I hope you see this Riot and hopefully will be considering this optional. It would make a lot of people really grateful and happy!

To the community: What are your thoughts in regards of changing voiceover? Elaborate whether it should be allowed or not if you have any opinions regarding this.
