So an artist on twitter ( https://twitter.com/kyrin21?lang=en ) posted this earlier today, and I'm floored by what an improvement it is over the Kayle we're actually getting. Maintains the fully armoured look while still having a sleeker, smaller profile that doesn't convey the impression of a tank. Honestly disappointed they didn't go with a design more similar to this.
It's not perfect, but this is really good.

To be fair, it's a smart tactic to make the default skin something people won't want to look at. They'll be more inclined to buy skins.
It does look nice, but if that design was released, I would give people a day before the give stink about how tight it sits or that she is wearing tights instead of armored pants.
As long as Kayle never takes off that helmet or armor when she ascends, I'll be okay with this.
WTH THIS IS SO NICE. I love it! My favourite part is the draping fabric in between her legs. That's the part I miss most. Imo she looks so weird without it. Still not really a fan of her shoulder plates or her green sword, but I'd be so happy if this got done! Please Riot, so many people who did and didn't like old Kayle are begging for something like this! Even just to her base skin, this would be all i personally could ask for.
Yes, please. Riot could actually make this change. Come on, guys, we got the wings for Aatrox. We can get some armor for Kayle!
It looks so much better but it is still not a good design and the color of the armor is just ugly.
I don't even care how her waist looks like. We won't see it anyway considering how the camera perspective looks like from the top.

I don't see much of a difference, so I don't mind if they make adjustments of this sort. shrugs seems like a lot of work for little impact though.
Respectfully, No. The colors are an eyesore. Kayle was one of my first champions to play in the game and I fell in love with her. While she might not be my main, I have a love for her that I don't have for but few champions. The gold, red and white NEED to stay. All of the color swaps seem to be a problem with someone looking at dawn bringer riven and being too unoriginal to care to develop a proper image for the new Kayle.
Honestly the armor is badly designed and i think they know it which is why they removed it, looks like shes wearing leftover chunks of galio rather then wearing a divine armor forged by the gods.
From in-game perspective: I would not like to see that purple thingy flying everywhere, or worse, covering Kayle
I love Kayle and her new design but this suits her better sincce she wears armor. I still prefer both though

This same shit happened when irelia had her frost blade skin reworked, but the skin is the one I see people use frequently.

Alas, this will never happen. Riot may sometimes admit that they "missed the mark" when it comes to champ designs, but release it so it's too late to make any changes. Nor do I think they want or care to. Well just have await another 10 years for when they decided to rework the champs all over again, if they are even around by then.

I just checked out what i can only assume are the new splash arts... i'm going to be pissed if they touch judgement kayle. it's been my favorite skin for so long.. and i HAAAATE the new one if it's what i thiiink it is. >:O
I don't like either one tbh. They both just look very bland and lack the classic iconic Gold that made Kayle recognizable. I don't know why they felt the need to mess with Kayle's color scheme.

Due to them changing Fiora's back when she got her rework im sure they will do something to change kayle. Besdies, we haven't even gotten to the PBE update yet. After this much community backlash i am CERTAIN Riot will make a change. Anyways the art looks awesome and it's so subtle yet carries so much value. Love it.
