My intake on the splash mentioned on dev blog

I hope along the year we get to see a lot of splashes updated for champions, and yes I'm aware which champions are on the vgu list so I know where to put my hopes at cause riots splash team is not likely going to focus on champions on that list So here's who I'm hoping will get slash updates for their skins and I know won't be on the vgu list anytime soon : Resistance, Arctic Warfare, Sheriff, Safari, Officer : Desperada, Siren, Mythic( and a bloody new skin for goodness sake : Mercenary, Bilgewater, High Command, Sandstorm, all legacy skins(3) :Cowgirl, Waterloo, Mafia, all legacy skins(3) :Galactic, Pharaoh, Dreadknight, Riot K-9 Outback, Bloodfury, Rune Wars : Warrior Princess, Huntress, Bandit, Spectacular, :Aristocrat, Vindicator, Dragonslayer, Heartseeker :Blood Lord, Nosferatu, Vandal :Crimson Elite , Redeemed, Battle Bunny, : Renegade , Crimson Elite, Dragonblade

Of course there's some classic skins that need work but those that need it are high on the list.
