Skin particles

So after the arcade(ezreal and ahri) and project skins were released i thought they were a little distracting but then they released super galaxy skins and something like fizz ult needs to be clear but with the shiny effect first time i saw it i didnt even know what it was but the worst offender of this is the elemental lux her skills are so hard to see and on the forums ive seen people who played lux and they dont even know if they landed their skills
