Tango Evelynn should be made to match her splash, and here's a lore reason why

There's been some discussion on whether or not Tango Eve should be kept blue or made to match her splash like Riot said they're working on. Personally, I think what we see in her splash (blond hair, fair skin) is the way to go. I won't lie, I just think it looks better than a spooky ghost lady. Blue doesn't really go well with the vibrant red dress.

But I also think it just makes more sense, and here's why:

We can see from her spooky shadow form that her more appealing "normal" form is just her masking her appearance to lure in her victims. Because of this, Evelynn presents a unique opportunity with her skins because she probably can change things like her skin color to better lure in victims. In this case, as Tango Evelynn, she's become a beautiful tango dancer and perhaps TF is the one she's attempting to lure into her trap. I can imagine looking like a ghost would make something like that harder to do. I can imagine Evelynn taking great pleasure in the fear and/or despair of her victim when it's revealed the beautiful tango dancer was actually a terrifying monster the whole time.
