Probability of which tier 1 vgus we’ll get this year

Once again we get a updated vgu list And once again many of us wonder when these vgus will be released Now since it’s been stated that there will be less VGUs compared to last year, there should be at least 1 or at most 2 more full vgu released this year. Also there are factors I think exclude some of the above champions from having their vgu this year

received a visual (VFX and SFX)update last year
received a skin last year
shares the same subclass as the officially announced VGUs: (specialist) (juggernaut)( enchanter)

I think Pantheon Volibear Nocturne are probably the next VGUs after Morde, since Meddler and Ghostcrawler talked particularly about them in a yt video from Wired that they need reworks.

look at the context, it is given he will be done this year and because there is also one more unannounced VGU, I'd like to bet on Nocturne Volibear

Shaco will likely get a skin this year but keep an eye out on skin video dropping anytime now.

Why isn't Volibear not among the four? He hasn't received a skin since 2016, and I don't recall him having any VFX or SFX update last year.

I doubt nocturne will be chosen this year sadly. Thematically he overlaps too much with Mordekaiser in that they both are spectral beings. Also his rework will most likely make him an assassin, and since a new assassin is comming out also this year there would also be an overlap there.

I'm also on the fence about Pantheon. I think it will depend a lot on how much the "aspect" part of morgana and kayle will be played up. I think 3 targon champs in one year is a bit much.

I'm not particularly interested in him, but since this year we are supposed to get more info on Bandle city, maybe Riot will take that opportunity to update corki.

That would open up Skarner for a VGU, or volibear or shyvanna depending on whether they keep them as a juggernauts or change them into divers or tanks

I think it will be Corki, Pantheon, and Volibear.

Corki just because Riot had often bought him up.

Pantheon because there's so many Characters related to his lore updated recently. Also he's popular.

Volibear may be a Juggernaut now, but I think his VGU will change his class, probably a Vanguard.

common misconception, she is a catcher, shes not even secondary as an enchanter. It makes sense, she has only one enchantment with a moderate cooldown and as a shield it only works against magic damage (not phys or true). Plus she has two catching skills including one of the the longest root in a primary skill and her ult is full on for catching.

Well im a pantheon main and i know that the time will comsme this year and these are my ideas for his skills feel free to reply with yours

Passive I think it should stay the same really fitting pantheon

Q 1 Just make it a skillshot which can go through targets 2 Make it like a pyke q where if you charge the ability for etc0,75 sec you will throw a skillshot spear which goes through targets.But if you just press the ability get an empowered aa which can do execution dmg

W i think they should make it an aoe circle skillshot which can stun and dmg enemies in an area

E His e is a really good idea i think it should stay but just buff a little its range

R his r is the abilitu that must not change at all cause its his most iconic and cool ability
