The modelviewer models are always problematic at first, since they don't have any of the animation or skeleton that the actual model does; just look at the one that Surrender@20 has for Definitely Not Vel'Koz.

Well, if you look at him next to Diana in the in-game ability previews, he is actually quite tall at least. Perhaps the size of Malphite or Nautilus.

His tail looks massive in the splash art, and overall his splash art just looks so much more, starry. Also neck is so far off it's comical. I will admit, the in-game model needs a LOT of work done. It's sad that it is unlikely to happen.

I agree. It seems like his head is too big and his hind legs are too small.
