@Riot about Swain VGU

I think Swain is in ideation/early work phase, so please Riot don't forget to make him limpy. And I mean not "now"-level of limpy, but Guldan level of limp walk. That looks cool and scary and for some strange reason fully in-line with Commander or Dark Mage archetype. That's what Swain needs
