Question about skin splash art updates.
We know that skin splash arts are getting updated, so here is my question. Do skins that date back to 2012/2013 still count being in the current splash art standards?

I think it's a skin-to-skin basis. They probably analyze all of them to see if they're good, need modification, or need complete updates.
