They at least try with Zac. He's not much to go on, so they gave him a chroma. The other champs they're just neglecting. Thought Yorick was getting a bloodmoon skin. Nope. Thought Illaoi would get a dunkmaster skin with March Madness. Nope.
yup their excuse for not giving yorick skins was because his old coding / waiting on rework, now that hes been reworked (quite awhile now) there is no more excuses, yet still no skins
they had a perfect opportunity for a snow day skin, since you know hes the only champ who uses a shovel, perfect fit to smack people with a snow shovel like in home alone
And not just lazy recolours with something slapped on for Zac, like a pair of shorts and a diving mask - looking at you, Pool Party Zac! I would love something different, like a skin that takes inspiration from the T-1000 from the Terminator, with liquid metal, and at the same time take some design and animation inspiration from Jack from Tekken.

Legit, Zac needs an Ultimate Chroma Wheel skin. It would let you open a colour wheel in-game that changes his colour on the fly or select a button that puts it on a slow rotate so you very slowly change colour.

I heard it rumoured that Zac was requested by Blank as their Skin for the Season 6 champion line. So there may be a new one for him this year. Of course Riot doesn't always go with the player's requests, as Faker wanted Ahri after his 1st win but didn't get it
Yorick really needs a skin, he literally only has his release skins. No excuse at this point really.
Zac needs another skin too, but I think it can be difficult to make skins for him that aren't just some slight clothing and a color change to his gel.
Karma only got another skin because its an esports skin.
She "performed well at worlds" (which for Karma is kind of a big thing considering she was considered pretty meh for 3-4 years even after her rework) so they gave it to her.
