We only have two paragraphs of lore for Vladimir so i was hoping we could get an update on it or maybe a short story. I could be wrong so if there IS more lore someone let me know in the comments please.
Edit: We need more Noxus lore in general.
Noxus update is coming and hopefully they won't neglect our guy. His concept is solid yet undeveloped.

I think we'll have to wait until Swain rework to see something about noxian champions. I am curious about Vlad and LB too, since their lore is outdated.
