How far away can Mt Targon be seen?

We know Mt Targon is the tallest peak in Runeterra that we know of and is probably visible from Demacia.

But can it be seen from Piltover? Bilgewater? Ionia?

What do you guys think?

I dont think it can be seen from that far as it's mostly surrounded by clouds.

If we know the curvature of Runeterra and how tall the mountain is we could math it.

Even if you have eye you will still fail to see Mt Targon [slayer-jinx-wink]
