I know this was posted before but is there any chance we could get a full version of the 'Biomes' and 'Height' maps from the video? It shouldn't spoil anything lore wise and would just be something cool to have for any map nerds.

I agree, those two maps are invaluable for understanding the climates of Runeterra as well as some smaller infrastructures like roads, villages, and even all the possible seas and oceans. Heck we even know where the equator is because of those maps.
