Is DJ Sona in the same universe as PROJECT/Program?

I remember that a couple of years ago the Skins team was contemplating putting DJ and PROJECT and Program together. PROJECT and Program are together now, but how about DJ?

Nothing official as of now.

edit: I did forget to mention DJ Sona does appear in the background of Armor of the 5th Age Taric splash art. As does Arcade MF. So who knows if that actually means anything.
