What is this secret rivarly passives between Volidbear and Zilean ingame?
I discovered some hidden passives ingame between Zilean and Volidbear, are they connected somehow from the lore and Volidbear is immune to time magic or something

It;s a reference to the Rioter Zileas, who didn't want to put an armored bear into the game: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Easter_eggs/Hidden_Passive (it's at the bottom of the list)
Zilean didn't want Voli in Lol, but it happened anyway. Hence Not even Zilean could keep him out (Though he is master of wisdom or w/e)
