He really sounds like Zacahry Quinto from American Horror story... almost identical to me

Surprised nobody else said this but imho he sounds exactly like Kelsey Grammer but very demented and sinister.

To me he kinda sounded like Kylo Ren (mask off) from Force Awakens but a little bit more robot to the voice.. Now that I think about it, he kinda sounds like Willem Dafoe

It's Quinton Flynn. He uses the exact same voice for Kael'thas in WoW and Heroes of the Storm.

And yeah he sounds a lot like Liam O'Brien (/Yasuo) at points, but there's a unique quality to the timbre and cadence of his voice that's definitely Flynn.

its kind of ironic that the voice actors name is QUINTon...like 5...he messed up the theme.

I would say it's Scott Freeman. For those who also play Smite, he was the voice actor for Thanatos and I can't help but hear a resemblance. Of course we can't all be right, so we will see.
