So, I have an Idea about Jhin's (Deadeye) origins...

In the new trailers for the new champion, I've noticed that on Jhin's gun, there's the numeral for four: IIII. I realize that that's usually not Roman Numeral, but it does apply, in some cases.

I know that there's a particular old gang in Zaun, Ekko ,Jinx ,Vi , that uses Roman Numerals in their names, or on their items. Ekko's being on his weapon, XII.

So, I thought of it as maybe just an odd coincidence, but I was curious, none the less. So, I thought I'd check out Ekko's "Seconds" video, and at the time of 1:05 in the video, you can see on the wall behind Ekko, that there is a face there that somewhat resembles the mask Jhin has on in the traile

I've noticed Jhin to take in his killings as "Art". Maybe He was the one who drew the art on the wall?

Again, this is just speculation, and if anyone has any other ideas, or ways to disprove this theory, feel free to comment!

Wouldn't work for Jhin, Jhin seems to have a habit of displaying the bodies themselves as artwork while the artwork behind Ekko is more along the lines of a mural or memorial.

That "Art" on the wall is a memorial to ekkos brother or at least someone he would have called a brother.

Well three things, firstly: Roman numerals are strictly a real world thing. We don't know if there's a Runeterran equivalent so the meaning of XII, X and VI isn't guaranteed to be anything relating to roman numerals in any way. Secondly Ekko's weapon is the seconds hand of a piltovian clock tower, and the way the XII mark is inscribed means it was made for that hand during its intended usage and not as something Ekko put on it. Thirdly the mural was made by Ekko to commemorate his lost friends. If you look at Chronobreak you'll see the change; at the start Ajuna's image isn't on the mural, and by the end it's put on to honour his death.
