@Riot Some questions about the Art Emotion Contest !

Hello,i'm finally starting to draw my entry for the contest,and i've got some questions in mind that would require a Riot Member,or at the very least somebody that already participated in the contest :

• Can i still participate while being in france,on the EUW server ? Pretty sure i can,but in the rule you guys posted,it is stated that "The term “Sponsor​” as such term is used in the Official Rules shall be deemed to mean Riot Games Services SAS, a French company (“Riot France​”). All addresses of Sponsor shall be deemed to refer to Riot France’s address at 42 rue Monge, 75005 Paris, France" Does that mean i need to change anything in particular on the way i'll post my entry on Woobox ? Or does it means that i cannot participate and i've just been misunderstood ?

• Does any entry needs to have colors,or can i go for a more "raw" drawing like the Zoe emotions work palette DdeadBear worked on ?

• Do i need to make a more narrowed entry in order to make it work as a emotion face study,or do you guys accept 2000x1500 pictures ?

• Lastly,is there any peculiar art site that i must use,or am i allowed to use paint like the filthy peasant i am ? :o)
