Steel legion lux and garen, and Eternum rek'sai and nocturne.. Only 2 per. I'd say Eternum is less forgotten simply because rek'sai is still a relatively new champ and that skin came out with her release. But the new PROJECT: hype is really taking a strong toll on the older skins now a days. Anyone else agree you've forgotten about some of these skins since the new releases?

We can infer from one of IronStylus' comments at the time that the Steel Legion and Bioforge skins probably didn't go down well enough to justify expanding them beyond their initial releases.
He said elsewhere that the Crimson Elite had that problem - they weren't especially popular and as time went by, and the quality bar for skins was raised higher and higher, it made very little sense to return to the theme rather than trying to design something new and better.
Steel Legion im not sure on, but i think Eternum is still out there just because Rek got one.
