Chroma pack splash

So, I think the idea of Chroma packs is great and I do have a few and enjoy using them. That being said, I'd really like if the loading screen splash were updated with a chroma. I realize some work would have to go into this but all it would really need to be is a pallet swap. Just wondering if Riot plans to make this a reality, because that would be great. Thanks!
