Does anyone know if Ionian, Vastayan, etc., are actually full constructed languages being worked on by Riot, with actual comprehensive rules on grammar, syntax and the like (or at least fully developed naming languages)? Or are they making up the few fragments found here and there as they need them?

I'm asking because, if Riot has no intention on actually creating these languages, I'd like to try my hand at conlanging based on what we have so far, eventually.

I'm pretty sure the narrative team has at least one language nerd who does something like this. I don't know if they're going to flesh these languages out at some point, though, like they did with Buhru (Illaoi's language ofc). (I forget which Rioter posted a little Buhru glossary...)
