[Gameplay] Post-Game Invulnerability

Very minor bug here, but I thought it was my duty to report it anyway. I was playing Aatrox, and managed to get killed at the same time as my team won the game. Since Blood Well was up, I began reviving myself as the victory icon was appearing, but, to my surprise, as soon as I had gotten back up, my health bar started to deplete, and I died. My understanding is, since I was already invulnerable while the post-game invincibility hit, I failed to be affected. I am unsure if this death counted towards my KDA ratio during the game (the replay isn't available).
