You do realize...that video is the entirety of Ekko's lore right?
It was released five times already, along with Ekko. But he was dissatisfied with his winrate and reverted to before release so Riot could tune him a bit more first.
He'll get a full lore, but it will only be on the Boards for about a week (and never in the client), at which time it will disappear into the depths of the site where nobody will ever find it.
Just like the ones for Azir and Xerath...
