From her lore we can tell that Lux is a prodigy, able to replicate spells after seeing them once, bending light to her whim, and even making up her own spells.
This skin could show what Lux could be after years of practice.
No longer just a light mage, she can control thr elements themselves, and become one of the most powerful archmages to walk Runeterra, rivaling the likes of Syndra and Ryze.
