My criticisms of the Pulsefire Ezreal skin update
So i'd like to start off by saying I don't intend for this to be a whining post, it is intended to be a post that could possibly create some constructive criticism for how the skin is now. For that reason, let's start with what I like. I'd also like to share that I have over 100k mastery points with Ezreal, all his skins (yes even Nottingham and Striker), the chromas, all summoner icons associated with Ezreal, and i'll continue to play and love my favorite champion. I'm saying this to mention that Pulsefire Ezreal's update is something that, in general, brings immense joy to me that had me smiling like a child running down the stairs on Christmas morning. This skin update is very personal to me, so i'd like to help the developers who helped update the skin by giving my feedback.

Things I like about it +The new spell VFX. They're quite beautiful. Specifically that ultimate. +The new voicelines +The new recall +The hair, my god the hair
Things I dislike about it -The new recall, while enjoyable, is inferior to Pulsefire Caitlyn's. Why is the Ultimate skin the one lacking? Ezreal is the archaeologist who is interested in all these different relics; why is he not the one who gets a different object each time he recalls? Could even reference some of the items he broke, like Spirit of the Elder Lizard or Runeglaive enchant. -The home guard animation. Again, why is the Ultimate skin the one that is worse? PFC's is superior. His home guard animation is a straight up copy of the Star Guardian skin line's animation while managing to be less fluid and less impressive. Not even a spin. -The color palette of the model. In general, I think it is way too dark. What's with these dark grays and browns? I personally think more metalic or futuristic chrome colors would be better, and with a lighter brown. It just looks dull. I'd much prefer PFC's whites and brown color palette choice. The fourth form of PFE comes closest to this. Remember how it looked in game? https://i.gyazo.com/1fc00fe71d3f2da9bcb8e266ffe90515.png This was a beautiful color palette. -The model is untrue to the splash art... but we've yet to be notified of a splash update. Hopefully, it stays that way though because, as I already mentioned, I think the update looks bad in terms of color palette and how bulky it is. -The ultimate hitbox looks to be inaccurate. Way too wide, in the skin spotlight they even show the ultimate missing despite it visually hitting. -A number of new voicelines. While the lines themselves made me happy, i'm discontented by the fact that there's only eight and a half minutes of voice lines for the skin. Elementalist Lux? 25 minutes. DJ Sona? 16 minutes if you include her three songs. Kled? 22 minutes. Rakan? 24 minutes. Xayah? 25 minutes. Pulsefire Ezreal, a now updated ultimate skin, should not only have 8 and change minutes of voice. And a good 2-3 minutes of Ez's voice lines are pearl.
Additional hopes for the skin -Some sort of bonus for people who had the skin pre-update, akin to the first buyers of the Project skin line who got the border, or people who had Championship Riven and got the crown. -When PFC ults, she gets a cool overlay on her screen. I'd enjoy the same being done for PFE even if its that same exact overlay. He has a visor... afterall. -Some sort of toggle. DJ Sona and SG Udyr get to shift through their forms at will, and Lux gets a choice in evolving at all and to what. Ezreal should have the same treatment where you can /toggle to any model you've got to by leveling. I personally atm think that the second model is the best. -The Pulsefire Ward. I believe Elementalist Lux got her ward as part of the package when she came out? Maybe it could be a present to people who already own PFE.
