Coolest character based on lore, looks, VO, etc.?
For me its 
He is just a complete badass and his personality is so in depth and different. His lore is fricken amazing too.

Always been a fan of the badass normal, historical, and monstrous characters. To me the most interesting looking are guys like 
Of them, maybe Sion is the best designed, since his every movement just feels like it's full of uncontrollable wrath and destruction.
In terms of VO is probably my favorite. Jhin is probably the best in quality, but he reminds me too much of some random douche you'd see in college talking about his art and how deep it is, or just hipsters. Don't particularly find it that cool, except that laugh when he dies. That's a good laugh.

I love and all but the Gun+Ionia just kills me inside so I refuse to accept it. As for who I like the most it would have to be 
so bad ass and mysterious, like Rito give us more Darkin already. I've always like angels and demon so having him in the game excited me. The only thing that suck is I can't play him too well T-T. Honorable mention would of course be

Is the main reason why I started League of Legends. Back in the old days, I was watching my brother play the game. I saw him play 
(The old version) and yeah, he could build turrets, that's cool. But when Corki showed up in his ROFL Copter, that was the trigger. Heimerdinger was close but Corki hit the mark. Seriously, a helicopter? How did Riot manage to do that? Isn't that cheating?
Might be a little biased, but takes it for me. His lore actually portrays him as a man of legend and his VO always keeps me optimistic with his inspirational quotes. And who can't say that the moustache doesn't look good?

--the champ that I started playing. I love how he still has the chains and he managed to straight up escape being a prisoner. Now he runs around the rift roaring, headbutting, and pulverizing everything in his path. He feels like a minotaur (okay the heal is kind of weird), and he's just a huge bull-man lol
Are all really cool to me but I might have a different definition of cool compared to someone else.
for me nocturne is the most badass champion ( Even if im not good with him anymore since they nerfed his ult in S5 ) Something about being a Dream Demon is pretty cool
