/Dev: On Naming Skins

This is propably the first time they have deleted an article. And it hasn't been up yet. Very fishy.

Was probably released sooner then they intended so they removed it.

Its back. They probably intended to release the article after the star guardian skins hit the pbe and accidently released it early.
