Why can't Twitch have more skins unlocked?

Why is there no love for my man . Why can't I give him more love? Why are there only 2 skins that I can purchase? Why not more? All I have to say to this is:

Dear Riot, TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Edit: I'm not trying to get Twitch new skins. I just want the old ones unlocked so we can buy them.

I'd love for Twitch to get a new skin soon. A more modern take on the cancelled Exterminator skin could be real fun
