Window in the splash art is shaped similarly like the Black Rose in Noxus, her old one did have a window but not the rose looking one
this may also give Fiora new lore what do you guys think
I assumed the icon is the family emblem of Fiora's house; House Laurent. Considering the fact that LeBlanc and Fiora are somewhat french inspired (in name and theme respectively) I wouldn't be surprised if there's some long forgone connections between them, perhaps Fiora's house originates from Noxus and broke away a long time ago to become a part of Demacia. Dunno why they'd do that but it could be some interesting history right there.
Or maybe it's coincidental because flower iconography is a super common thing.

Considering that the Black Rose is essentially a secret society that looks to exert its influence from the shadows, having lost its place of power when the military and strength as an ideal rose to prominence in Noxus, I can't imagine someone with ties to the group openly flaunting its colours in Noxus, much less an individual from a House built on martial prowess.
I suppose it's not impossible, but I'd certainly count it a coincidence.
