Sion is a force to be reckoned with, but he’s* not a good duelist; *don’t try to pick fights when you’re alone. His real power is forcing the enemy into bad situations for your *teammates *to capitalize on
So uhmm, I thought he was a 'juggernaut' that singlehandedly fought through enemy armies :P
I don't like being a **** like your average jerk because it's not masculine, but I thought that was pretty opposite to his lore.
He has excellent waveclear and his ultimate goes through entire minion waves to reach that one champion he really wants.
I don't even know what Sion does anymore aside from pop out randomly, run into walls and sit there getting chunked.
Wot? Duelist implies one versus one, like Fiora or Jax. Graceful.
Fighting through an army by yourself implies like, one versus one thousand. I'd say that makes him a juggernaut. Maybe he required the rage of fighting off a horde of people to be really powerful and that in 1v1 situations he doesn't have that inspiration and so is a bit weaker? And yes, Sion can 1v5 a team. (He isn't going to win but he can make them scatter apart.)
My point is that no matter how fed you are in a game, when you hear Sion screaming from far away you know it's gg if you don't move away. That's translating lore into the game.
He has a lot of CC that can be applied to many champs at once,so he is more effective against mulitple opponents. Not to mention his unstoppable charge where he comes after you and there is nothing you can do against it(unless you are anivia,J4 or azir who can create walls)
There is also him being the monster that fights even after death,which is represented by his passive
