Noxus Lore Update, missed with Urgot, Found With Swain?

So, when we finally got to the point when was getting an update, some people were hoping there would be a Noxus lore update similar to Demacia. Unfortunately there was not. However now that is on the VGU list, does this mean we can expect a future Noxus update to go with him, Rito?

The thing why urgot didn't bring the Lore update is that he now lives in Zaun , Swain is the leader of Noxus. So I think giving Noxus a new lore after the leader changes is possible
