The yordles looks like animals such as Teemo(Squirel),Rumble(Cat),Heimerdinger(Shitzu),Etc... While Rammus is a Turtle or Armadillo? Then Twitch is a rat. So I was wondering if they are vastaya or had vastayan blood?

Twitch is regular rat that was mutated by Zaun's toxic runoff.
We don't know what exactly Rammus is, but I'd guess he's not vastayan. Most of the other vastaya we've seen are mostly human and come in tribes, while Rammus is more animal and is the only member of his race (that we've seen).

And whenever a new champ is released you can check if they are a vastaya or not by looking at their champion page http://universe.leagueoflegends.com/en_GB/champion/ahri/ If they are a Vastaya,then they'll list vastaya as their race above the "related champions"-section
