So with the new Blue Essence taking place instead of IP, how will the price of 2k IP convert to BE with Chromas? Is it still 2k BE since champions still cost the same BE? Also, when's the next chroma BE sale? (if there is one)

Still 2k BE like it was in the BE shop a while ago.
I take it you missed the switch and chroma sales have been combined with the "BE store". Basically a way for older players to spend their BE on cosmetic stuff. The last one was November another on might be in May.
