Can't use PBE account or something...??

I just recently got a PBE account cuz I wanted to try out new panth.

I had the new username similar to this original accounts and a different password, but now I can't log in...? I tried the forgot password thing and forgot username, and tried sending the request changes to my email, but I'm not getting anything at all, and I can't even tell if I have the right username at this point.

Anyone have ideas on what to do? Should I get a help ticket somewhere? Or can I find my PBE account linked to this original account or something? I'm really lost... thanks for any help.
