Ok So How Does Magic Work Exactly?

I know I asked the question but don't answer yet. I have a theory. So in the League universe , there's a spirit realm and a physical realm. The spirit realm is where magic is, and spirits are pretty much just consciousnesses that control pure magic. I think that in order for someone in the physical realm to wield magic, they have to attract spirits with some sorts of beacons. Let's just call these talismans. So talismans are the connection between the spirit realm and the physical realm. Talismans can be almost anything. Let me list some. Shurima's Sun Disc, Ryze's tattoos, Sona's instrument, hextech crystals, True ice, Braum's shield, Ezreal's gauntlet, and Yordles themselves. Knowledge or spirit realm exposure can also be talismans. Like Irelia who learned the dance which allows her to move the blades. The knowledge of the dance attracted the spirits which then move the blades for Irelia. Lux just has magic power inherently from some kind of exposure to the spirit realm. There are, of course, spirits that have taken physical forms like Evelynn or Tahm Kench who can use magic whenever they want because they are magic.

So I think this means that Bandle City is a spirit controlled talisman. I'm also theorizing that the Void and the spirit realm are like chaos and order which means they're in a never-ending war that has existed since the beginning of the universe. So I'm thinking that the spirit realm has spirit energy and the Void has like negative spirit enrgy or something.
