Extremely brief lore on recent champions?

I've noticed that recent champions, Jhin and Kindred to name two, only have very brief lore pieces when you check it out in the client. I'm not sure if more expansive stories exist- they must, but I'm kind of sad that I don't really get to read about my favorite champions anymore. Knowing the backstory is a fun thing for me to get more into the champion, and I'm not really sure why Riot has opted for these really brief footnotes. I've learned more about Kindred from their ingame dialogue than from her lore overview.

If you go to their champion bios on here, there's more extensive lore to read.

New champs get their full lore pieces on their official pages. Also the targonian champions have their full lores on the targon page.
